You can initiate a Chat session with online co-workers by:
- Clicking on one person’s contact Chat window dialog
- Click on multiple Chat contact dialogue screen(s)
- Chat sessions are captured for quality purposes and/or legal retention purposes.
- History is kept with the Chat initiator and co-worker receiving the request as well.
- Export function is provided for monitoring and review by supervisory personnel
